You will all be aware of the ongoing coronavirus situation, and we want to clarify the position of the Glastonbury Symposium, which is due to take place 24-26 July 2020.
As things stand we are monitoring the unfolding events and are still preparing to go ahead. However, we are of course very conscious that this position could change, depending on how long and how extensive the recommended quarantine restrictions become.
If it is clear within the next few weeks that we will not be able to go ahead, we will announce this in plenty of time, and our big 30th anniversary will have to be rescheduled for 2021 instead. We will certainly be back! In this scenario, we would attempt to remount the same speaker list if possible, though one or two changes might have to occur.
For those who have already booked for this year, be assured, if a rescheduling does occur, that we will offer you two choices:
- Tickets ordered for the 2020 event will remain valid for the 2021 Symposium and you will therefore be booked well in advance!
- A full refund, with no service charge, will be made on request.
Watch this space for further details: we will keep you up to date.
